I am looking for 3 current members of the current Blackridge Elementary PTA who would consider being in the PTA Nominating Committee & hoping you would consider this position. This committee is just from now until we meet at our next General PTA Board Meeting in January. The nominating committee finds nominations for elected position for the NEXT school year & then turns in these nominations to the current Executive Board by December 1st. At the General PTA meeting in January there will be an election officially voting them into their position. If you serve on this committee you can not be in an elected position yourself next year. This committee will consist of 3 members with 2 substitutes. We need a president, president elect, multiple Vice Presidents, treasurer & a secretary.
Please let me know ASAP if this is something you would be willing to do. As far as when you meet this is entirely up to you as a group. The only thing I need from the Committee are names of people who have committed to these roles for next year pending a vote.
