Utah PTA is cosponsoring a rally for Public Education at the Capitol on Monday, March 9 at 5:30 pm. We want to send a strong message to our legislators that now is the time increase funding for public education in Utah. A flier for the event is attached.
Jordan School District is running a few buses to the capitol for the rally. If you are interested in riding along, the details are below.

Jordan District students and their parents (parents are not allowed without a Jordan District student) may ride a school bus. There will be a school bus at each Jordan District high school.
- $2 per person and sign a waiver
- Arrive by 4:15
- Bus will leave at 4:30
- Eligibility to ride
- District employee
- Jordan District student and parents if student is with parents
- No children not attending Jordan District schools
- Can reserve a spot by sending an email to jeautah@gmail.com
- Your name
- High school where you want to catch the bus
- Number of people in your group
- You can still go to a high school if you did not reserve a spot and get on the bus if there is space available
